This Privacy Policy explains how Natan Trolka ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Loopself app (the "App").

• Journal Content: Text entries, reflections, and any content you create within the App

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address
• Analytics Data: App performance metrics, error logs, and crash reports
1.3 AI-Generated Data
• Conversation History: Your interactions with the AI to provide contextual responses
• AI Responses: Content generated by the AI based on your journal entries
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

• To improve the App

We do not use your information for marketing or advertising without consent, nor do we sell or rent data.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted providers such as OpenAI, Firebase, AWS, and Stripe to operate Loopself. All are GDPR compliant and handle data according to strict security standards.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in secure servers within the EU/UK regions. All transmissions are encrypted (TLS/SSL), and stored data is encrypted at rest.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are fully removed from active systems, with encrypted backups retained for 30 days.
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can also restrict or object to processing. Requests can be made via natan@loopselfapp.com.
7. Data Breach Notification
In case of a breach, we will notify affected users and the UK ICO within 72 hours, outlining the impact and corrective actions.
8. Children's Privacy
Loopself is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete such data immediately if discovered.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Essential cookies are used for authentication and sessions. Optional analytics cookies can be disabled in settings. No advertising cookies are used.
10. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed outside the UK/EU (e.g., USA). We ensure protection via Standard Contractual Clauses and GDPR-compliant agreements.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be communicated through the App or by email, and the effective date will be updated.

You can delete or export your data, limit analytics, or contact support for data preferences.

We process data based on Contract, Legitimate Interests, Consent, and Legal Obligations.
